Was browsing the SPF department, http://www.spf.gov.sg/abtspf/overview.htm
But I didn't see the CRA, ISD or CNB. So they are not directly under SPF, right?
CRA sounds interesting though, but since the IR is not done yet, have they started recruiting yet?

they are under home team, not SPF, right?

Yup
Put in very simple language, Ministry of Home Affairs is the "boss" of all these 9 departments. SPF is just one of the departments in MHA, although SPF receives much more recognition than the other departments. In terms of status and so on, its equal because each dept have contrasting visions and missions. But all comes together to form one big HOME TEAM.
Its like the the RSAF, RSN etc are all under Ministry of Defence. So RSN is not under Army or whatsoever.
