What does "mongkot" mean?

  I'm guessing it has the same meaning as botak? What's the exact definition for it? Sounds like a fruit

  more like "mangkuk" to me....i remember the senior recruits chanting "Mangkuk" "Mangkuk" when they see a new badges of recruit in the police academy...
