I personally prefers the curry puffs.
One the recent ADC course which I was thrown out.
I suggested that late comers to the class need to buy curry puffs to feed the class of 35 plus 3 administrator, co-ordinator and they instructor.
Because old PA canteen closes too early and even HTA canteen is kinda far from the classrooms.
And most officers, be it vsc or regulars, needs substances to survive thru the classes.

Are you accusing the police of abuse of authority, or corruption?
As in, they cover for each other against the law when an officer have bad conduct and does something wrong?

They refuse to help residents, this piss me off as well as many who share the same problems.

Well in that case, calling poliemen vulgarities and defacing the policemen with accusations of corruptions is kinda will help your resident's issues be recognised.I guess this thread is to be printed and made a police report on should I.

There are 2 kind of lawsuits, put simply, stuff that police will arrest you for, or stuff the police cannot arrest you for. For these cases, the public need to make the effort to sue the suspect of wrongdoing.
example 1: police see A assault B. arrest A.
example 2: police see A and B fighting. even though A is at fault, the police cannot assume that, but need to do further investigation. bring both back,charge both for affray.
example 3: A & B fight. B goes to police claiming that A beat him and showing police the injuries. The police cannot go and arrest A. B need to get a doctor look at the injury, than sue A.
in example 3, the police cannot do much except direct the complainent to the proper channel. Do not just assume police going for senang duty or play Tai Chi okay.
