I had went through the panel interview and received a letter to go for medical screening, does it mean that I'll confirm be enlisted as a PO? What are the chances of people who doesn't pass the medical check up? Still a bit worried since I had waited for 4months to reach this stage. And if I pass the medical screening what else would I need to go through before I get enlisted? Can anyone enlighten me please... Thank you.

most likely you'll pass, unless you have some serious physical condition.
and after you pass, all you need to do is sign the training deed... and then welcome to the SPF.
