Differences in Managing Situation

  I find this amusing. Someone from the RaceTrack section of this forum have indicated that his/her information from Division Police Officers means a difference in Traffic Police Powers.

  never knew there were different powers between a NPCO and TP.
  
  i think its just a mis-conception?.
  
  coz its still a offence under penal code wad. TP arrest, NPCO arrest, same offence, same charge.
