Its not the police do not dare.
Its a matter of respect for the uniform.
If you are in your soldier uniform. Police officers will try to give some face and wont handcuff the soldier in uniform. It does not mean the soldier is not arrested.
if the soldier in uniform has been unreasonably violent. Restraint devices WILL BE USED. -

they would that that te soldier wont be able to protect the nation and they lost their confidence in living here. Every thing will drop.
