in-service is about once a month. rc meetings also. cssp stuff... depends on your precinct/npc/rc chairman really. depends on a lot of factors. and once your 2nd off-day has been burnt, it will be back to morning shift again the next day...Originally posted by VJunkie:i understand that we work on shift work system and there is a 16hr shift for two days and two days off after that right...
and i know that many of us would have to come back on our off days to do stuff like in-service, CSSP, and all that...was just wondering...how often would that happen? like in a month, how many of our off days would they ''revoke''? and if they do, would they take BOTH our off days?
Well better not slack in division as you will still have to take IPPT. So its nothing to avoid at lease keep your fitness level there la! Find sometime to jog when you are posted out! At lease during off days go jog around your neighbourhood at lease your stamina is maintained!Originally posted by VJunkie:training's great! getting used to the ''culture'' around here, but seriously cannot wait till block 2 comes along. block 1 is like super boring with all the PT crap...and with some of the ns-FIs. especially for PDT, they expect more out of us regulars...haiz always kana F-ed.
and still kinda struggling with IPPT, walking unsteadily along the failure/pass lines. confinement really sucks! ARGH. worst still its till saturday noon. so its the same feeling as burning your off days i guess.
haha but training is the worst part i guess, coz i have this impression that it would get a little better once we're in division...which is kinda why division men get fat huh. haha!
haha. not all div men are fat lah.Originally posted by VJunkie:training's great! getting used to the ''culture'' around here, but seriously cannot wait till block 2 comes along. block 1 is like super boring with all the PT crap...and with some of the ns-FIs. especially for PDT, they expect more out of us regulars...haiz always kana F-ed.
