Abt 4 mths ago , went back to hta for my ord shoot , saw those FIs..
Mostly those FIs I saw are skinny and small build..

He always have this black face whenever he walks pass the our coy he'll just ask everyone to fall-in and just pump us la.... he only protects his squad which is in another coy... so sian rite? just asking , i am a 17 yrs old and i have been call up to SAF and i have already registered and my medical checkup is on oct , but now is it too late for me to sign on for police? rather than go army?

u know what? they ytd just sent me a letter saying i have been granted for deferment , i don't know why , but i already registered for ns already , and somemore i just got graduated. And hey grant me deferment. I really don't know why. And at this period of time can i still apply for spf? and somemore i havent went for my ns checkup yet , its on oct.

they say i could continue with my private school and the course , but i just finish my private diploma course , and i intend to continue study after my ns and i just graduated from the school , the letter they gave me state my private school and course , saying that i could continue , and i just hope that i can still sign on to be a regular in spf rather than going for army.

hello! oh yeah end of 2nd week. panther is quite siong for us leh...his leg raises 45 degree like always count until forever one. and dont believe rumors of max 20 push ups per punishment...its bull. but yeah i think he's actually very nice. and i dun dislike any FIs.
oh and we have to carry 5kg rice in our backpacks and run long distances, which is like...everyday.
pdt is also quite tough, its more like a pt actually instead of a lesson IMHO.
summore as some of u might know i am a zero fighter for pull ups. so i've been marked...and carry 15kg for PT.
anyone knows how to break the zero barrier?
and so far my OC is very nice. but i heard he was an FI before and his training at old PA is also very siong. anyone trained under him before or have seen is ''dark side''?

and panther always makes people carry rice when running. i experienced that too when he covered my fi. haha. and he's nice too perhaps, but do watch out for his outbursts. they will catch you unawares. but he's okay i suppose.

my FI is the right one... he gangster lar. nabeh. he whack trainee before.. he scold my sqmate's mom before... He made me do 60 diamond pushup i can't complete. he scold me "ARE YR WHOLE FAMILY BASTARD? CANT EVEN DO 60 DIAMOND" ZZZZZZZZZZZ? -

besides, he is FI mah. not a lot of things to do everyday, so must train and keep fit lor. if not, being an FI but not being fit like ironic innnit? worse still if they were to lose to a trainee in something that they are supposed to specialise in, ie fitness, sure malu right? -
