the lorry that was being chased is not loaded wid cig, it is just pretend to load, so the police will chase, then the real lorry will go back there and collect........
those ppl who drive race car are on a look out for police, so the real lorry can avoid the roadblock
of cos, the collection site for the cigs would be at another location

STOMP contacted the Police and it said in an email on Saturday: "On 28 July 07 at about 2am, Police and CNB officers were in pursuit of a lorry. The driver was believed to be trafficking in drugs.
"The pursuit ended with the arrest of the driver and his passenger for drug related offences.
"The Central Narcotics Bureau (CNB) is investigating."
STOMP contacted CNB and it said the two suspects were among nine Singaporeans arrested in a major operation to bust a drug syndicate.
CNB said the syndicate leader was among those arrested.
Five of the suspects were charged in court on Saturday with heroin trafficking.
