Traffic Police uniform in white or blue

What's the difference between a TP in full white uniform and another with blue uniform with reflective green vest over it? Any differing roles between them? Or are they the same just that the white shirt is not dry yet??

depends on which blue you are talking about.
Blue long sleeves or blue short sleeves?
And white with guns or white w/o guns. -

anyway, if you see police personnel in blue with a reflective vest, it could be either normal policemen [usually conducting roadblocks] or people from traffic police. very hard to tell, but one way to differentiate would be to look at their headgear [either peaked caps or jockey caps].
but if you see police personnel in white uniform, then yes, they are the one and only traffic police people.

Thanks, but I'm refering to Traffic Police in blue uniform, long sleeve, riding big bike with "TP" plate. They are donned in black leather boots, expensive white helmet and a reflective green vest while plying the roads. Usually spotted in pairs.

the ones in blue can be normal police officers from npc's , apart from them TP expressway patrol also wears normal blue..

Dont worry, they are not people trying to be TP or what. they all can do the same thing to you regardless of the variation of their uniform.

yeh, usually spot them at night, not that i remember seeing them during the day. Definitely NOT from land division.

Officers in these traffic units from Land Division sometimes functions as normal police officers at NPC. And they sometimes function as purely traffic officers.
It all depends on where there is a sortage of manpower, and the officers will perform needed duties. -
