  The aptitude test consists of what kind of questions?Are they those kinda funny IQ pattern questions or will ask logical questions like questions on moral reasoning?

  Farni iq questions has.
  
  moral questions has.
  
  logic questions has.
  
  maths questions has.
  
  3 hours written test. i hear its some multiple answers too.

  Yes, and you wont be getting into any parts of the SPF for the next 3 years at least.

  VSC need to fufil their FullTime National Service Liability.=) since u disrupt NS..sorry NO. coz..if u have time 2 serve VSC, means u have time for ur FTNS. so do ur NS....den apply VSC

  I damn wanted to join VSC or SPF as regular PO lor.. But i did not get thru the psychometric test or the aptitude test mentioned.. HAd to wait another 3 years at least.. viciouskitty told me 5 years that time when i asked her.. I was totally discouraged. But now, i feel better after see-ing "3 years" haha. i hope that i can get through everything and become a PO after i graduate from poly at 2009.

  Frankly, I find the psche test a bit too weird out. Hope they can discard it sooner.

  i still prefer them to analyze NPCOs n VSCs when interacting with them and seeing them on duty, i still dun understand de test after doing it too. hahaz. I still feel, its down to ur ability to carry out ur duty and ur ability to interact with the public that matters in NPCO.

  actually the main purpose of the psychometric test is just to detect 'patterns' in answering them. to see if the answers are consistent. cos i'm sure those who've done the test would notice that many questions keep repeating themselves, either wholly or in one way or another.
  
  so basically it is about your integrity when answering the questions, effort made... stuff like that. the more sophisticated interpretations are up to the people at PPSD.
