i thought of signing on but then the thought of 3 months BPT as compared to 6 months regular one is a bit shiok. then after 2 years can see whether wanna sign on or not -

to some people, they rather train 3months more to be a NPCO/APO coz they need that extra vocational pay. Well, 100dollar is alot to some but, being a PNSF is certainly smth which nt much people can experience, treasuring it ^^V, this sat got event again, saturday burnt!

I didn't know PNSD had operational officers ... I thought they do office work only?! SA still got warrant card still got arms card wad. IMF also got deploy SA. SA does not mean cannot be deployed...some of us still as fit as NPCOs etc just that our written expertise is needed. =) so we r SA

Language expertise doesn't literally mean one is good at Management ability or excel in his Soft skills.
No doubt there are some NPCOs who are much suited for the ground because the skills that have could be put into good use at appropriate situations. Likewise applies to Staff Admin.
NSPI also SA, make coffee and tea in the main building.
If English(or Diploma Certificate/A level) is the sole reason why a SA is a SA.

Some SA couldnt string a sentence together if their lives depended on it.
And yah...some becomes SA, because they arent suitable for ground work.
Some turned SA, because their expertise on both was needed to bridged the differences between ground officers and admin officers. -
there are 2 kinds of SA(Staff Assistant)
1st kind, Medically Unfit so no other vocation so becoome SA(Majority)
2nd kind, Their writing skills are good, most of them r A lvls/Dip holders. They hold key appointments to be assistant of directors COs, OOs etc.(Minority)
So, some SAs english sucks, Some r Good, which 1 sucks which 1 good u shd know. -
So ... do you still get deployed to NPCs or not? Internal Events
Service Counters
Camps and In-service etc
Extra work to finish
Deadline to rush -

I did not realise PNSD held 'internal events', 'camps and in-service' during the weekends - what meanies they are! ... and which service counter opens on weekends?

me ording next year....there are only a few service counters in pnsd....de most commmon 1 lorz...figure out urself bahx. hhehez..u win ler i tribute u will a smilie
