Is ICA considered uniformed?
Meaning, do you still have to do reservist?
I know if you join SPF, CDF and SAF, you got no reservist liability. But what abt ICA? -
Bear would be the right man to look for.

uniform is for identification.. currently not in the Uniformed Service scheme.. which means you are still liable for reservist duties with the Police, SCDF or Military...
moving towards the Uniformed Scheme maybe in the future.. -

So they are only subject to civil law then?
example... military will be court marshalled...
