Which is Better ? Handgun or Revolver ?

  You mean semiautomatic pistol versus revolver?
  
  Revolver is a simpler weapon and never jams (unless there is something really wrong with your gun), however it suffers from a typically low ammo cap.
  
  Pistol has a higher ammo cap, but is a more delicate weapon that you must keep clean and stuff or else it stands a chance of jamming.
  
  Accuracy wise I am not sure...

  Neither. Its your reflexes and ability to handle either weapon effectively that makes the difference.

  Singapore's such a safe place, you won't need the the amount of rounds that the pistols can offer, all you need is the dependable revolver, that never jams (in a situation where the round doesn't go off, all one needs to do is pull the trigger again.) and which has good stopping power.

  Depending on the situation. Ya. Revolver is suited for SG because not much chances of seeing ARMed people around. Handgun on the other hand is easier to use and more suited for trigger-happy personals.
