Police patrols "eat snake"?

"I actually had the liberty of spotting many incidents of patrol cars hiding in the middle of two trailers at big heavy vehicle carparks.
Once I drove close to them, saw one asleep with seat lowered while the other was smoking outside the vehicle, on a lookout. Once he spotted my vehicle, he hid his cigar.
I wanted to snap some photos of their lazyiness but how? They could have charged me for whatever fucked up reason. Afterall, its TWO ****** against two citizens, me and my ex-wife. They would have made things diffcult for us by demanding to know why we were there in the first place.
Trust me, even in DAYTIME, I have seen patrol cars parked at the highest floor of Multi-storey carparks and sleeping."

I agreed with you.
I saw them various times in places like carparks, where they will hide in between buses. I am not sure whether their HQ knnew what they are doing.
Can we report them -
Anyway, to add on, I have a Friend who use to serve in SPF during the 80s...and tell me how he use his patrol car to "longpang" his gf and take her around Singapore!

Sometimes when I call the police to settle some cases with my neighbour, they always pushes the responsibility to the town council, even when there is a fight outside my house

write to SPF n tell them lo... maybe they too little human resource so end up with guys hving do way too long duties... but better highlight to the home team so changes will be heard...

Haha... Very natural lah, even SAF personnel also jiak zua very often...
Me got a close buddy in SPF and he ever told me that when he was on patrol, especially on nite shifts, he would drive his police car to Rifle Range Road till the end which was very secluded and take short naps there till it's time to report back to station...
Hmm... Wondering if anyone still be able to do this now after SPF installed vehicle positioning devices in all patrol cars... -
