a bond that helps to pay for tuition fees??

  is there a bond in SPF that helps to pay for my tuition fees as long as i serve back the years in the contract in SPF(as in study in uni and get the degree first before coming back to SPF to serve the years.)?
  
  my A lvl results are not good.
  
  im not sure whether there is a bond(definitely not scholarship..since my results cannot make it..) that helps to pay for my tuition fees as long as the private university accepts me..

  It's called SPF Scholarship, but u would need very good results to get in, since it is quite popular.

  U should consider SAF instead if u want $$$. SPF don't give u much. It's the passion that makes pple wanna serve.
