Actually for standing board jump , just do a few tuck jump before u goin to jump..

ur formula is correct.. but we use leg force to jump far.. now the problem is my body mass is high... (fat T.T sad to say) lol.. when i jump.. i need use more leg force than others.. you know maths? or physics? haha.. now the case is like my upper body mass is like frictional force to my leg force.. example.. my leg force exerting is 10N.. but - my upper body force exerting against my legs, the nett force from my legs will decrease.. so if i am skinnier, thus lesser force is exerted to my legs, i will jump even further.. So my fat is an disadvantage rather than advantage.. i nv see fatter ppl jump further than skinnier ppl.. **this is what i think la** i also dunno correct or not.. but my phy and maths not bad la.. haha.. if wrong you guys can correct me.. but dun scold me stupid la..
