there are alot of reasons on why such things happen.... remember, there are alot of angle of looking at things.... there are some reasons why some are choosen and why some are rejected.... you wont know the reason unless you are in the recuitment panels~
just like no point stressing a cup is half empty when its half full? Unless you are talking about person with disciplinary problems and with criminal records being choosen, then that is something important to be brought up to the management... do consult you direct supervisor/by proper channel if you came across cases like this~
