  I did remember one article of a guy who got whacked by one group of people. When police come someone was still attacking the victim, Police shouted stop suspect refused. Then.. Psszzztt kena tased.. I read it from straits times if i'm not wrong..

  Yes there was one case already, and it was well reported as Pitot said.
  
  Anyway, is has not been implimented force-wide just yet, so expect the number of cases to escalate once it is done so. By then, it probably wont be news at all.
