if posted to unit in NS still got chance to apply for PO?

Of cos u can apply. Just apply anytime u feel like it. Seek assistance from your Head Manpower!

How long you there already? U still have chance to apply to be regular.but an advice is complete NS first.
as comparing the pay u will get higher than non NS and heard that promo for those wif NS is faster too... -
Erm... Hard to transfer from army to police...
If possible... you would need to go through PA BMT as well...

I tot they cant really stop someone in NS from joining the police? NS takes precedence over career meh?

Don't know about the policies now, but 9 of us who were in the same squad in PA joined only after our BMT. If I'm not wrong all of us actually applied before enlistment but received our letters to late. Thus we had to complete our BMT in the army before joining PA. Good and bad points, one, you would appeciate the food more in PA, secondly, you be a lot more fitter than your squad mates, in fact we out run even our PTI/FI. But then you'll be stuck for 11 bloody months as a chow recruit.

you cant save much when you posted out wor.... food, transport etc etc..
