I have decided to enlist myself in SIM to a deg and therafter attempt to join the SPF if that is possible...
but last week i came across a coversation with a fren. he was saying something of a dept in SPF where cyber crime is monitored. I think something like PID ... if i not wrong ...
Does SPF really have such a dept?

but i dont think it is PID
its some other dept, and is part of the team of CID if i am not wrong.
As i have refer some case to them before -
cool atleast got such a thing ...

But u say its part of CID ah .. so have to work normal and wait till they call ... that seems like a path of uncertainty -

yup arch. check the spf website on About SPF > Organisation > CID and u will see the details of each dept.

they have two sub-branch....
One will be TCFB(Technology Crime Forensic Branch) and the other will be TCIB(Technology Crime Investigation Branch).... -

No direct entry to all departments in CID, officers have to at least have at least a few years of experiance in SPF(with Investifating background preferred) before can apply for post in CID....
