  That is the Presidential crest, and he's wearing it cos he's one of the Presidential Aide-de-camps.. Just like ASP Audrey Ang who hosts the English crimewatch. They're SPF scholars, i think.

  er....my CO oso ADC one and he is not a SPF scholar....another NPC CO oso ADC and he oso not SPF scholar....

  I think that it is possible for someone on a govt scholarship and studied law to be in the SPF. It is a possible option just that the individual, upon graduation cannot be called to the bar. Must serve in SPF.
