diff dept of SPF

I know that there's diff dept in SPF, like TP, Police, CNB, Coast Guard etc...
As you all know, TP has authority in the roads and traffic and vehicles etc, but i was wondering, do they have authority and right on the streets? Let's say they see someone acting suspiciously, do they have the right to pull out their TP pass and show them and request a check on their i/c?
And how about Coast Guard? I know they have the authority on the seas and ships, but do they have authority on the road in general? That is, if they were to be off-duty and leave the seas, do they have the same authority as normal police officers on the streets since they left the seas?
And how about Police? Do they have the authority in Singapore in general? That means in everything, road, sea and land etc...? -
don't all officers carry the same warrant card regardless of specialist unit/department?

even if there's a crime going on n u r not on duty but u r there to witness the crime, the least u shld do is to stop it -

pass is like, to give u entry to protected installations. warrant card is to give u authority to protect the peace?

Just to add.
POs on plain clothes usually does has their warrant card in their wallet.
Its just that showing a security pass is usually much more convenient.
Warrant Card is more shown only when it was necessary for an arrest.
Showing the Security Pass, with its photo ID is just to identify themselves as officers. Not necessary for an arrest. -

Yes. They are regular police officers also.
Carries the standard police warrant cards and allowed to arrest sizeable offences if they come across them.
However, like PCG, TP & PHQ, they may not be really sure what is sizeable or not, as they do not exercise these powers as much as normal land patrol officers do.
