  2. Eunos Crescent= Gunman cornered in flat by CNB offiers. He shot his friend and killed himself
  
  3. Tiong Bahru= Gunman took a girl hostage,........was shot dead in a bus.....

  yeap.especially back in the olden days we had serial killers who was always on the run.
