You could become a Insp of police with a normal degree.
A strong good upper honours/scholars for a ASP.
As ASP are known as walking warrants. Their powers is multiple grades higher then any Inspector.
Look at it from a admin person perspective.
A secretary, no matter how you look at it. Its still a clerk like any admin assistant. -

as in ops whats the diff ...
i have heard INS will be team leaders so they get to be in the field ... will ASPs be in the field also or are they the kingpins in the office? -
Another difference - ASP's peak cap has an extra silver band, whereas an INSP's cap is just like any other PO, no silver band.

hmm.. what abt the organisation structure of a basic team in the spf? is it like a section --> platoon relation in the saf where specs lead the section and officers lead the platoon?
will a JO be appointed to lead a team or operation? or is it purely SO job or does SO only do supervisory duties while his JO slog it out in the field. -
