  hi guys , any one enlisting on 13 sept into police academy ? and i would also like to ask how is the trg like ? how is the salary like ? thanks guys

  Oh 13th Sept must be NS batch and prep course.... Anway training is 4mths after which you undergo specialised traiing and posting to div/unit.... Pay ar my time was $350 trainee after pop will be more la!! Whaha!!!

  ya , i am not a regular in spf , i am on the ns batch , any way thanks for the info dude , and one more question .. wat is the difference between the special constable course n the VC course ?? which course will i be in ? anyway i am pes A with nitec.. thanks ...

  still got VC???? enlisted and dont know.. hmmm... all i know is NS pay is low.. that is all.. hahaha

  You will be in the SC squad. A the VC squads for those with 'N' Level Qualifications and below. The difference is you;
  
  1) Wear differnt uniform!!! Whaha!
  2) Different scope of training. (SC does weapon handling eg shooting la)
  3) Different postings too...

  so wat do those who go through the VC course do ? will they be doing normal patrolling in the cars ?? thanks for answering my questions patiently..

  yup you will still do patrolling but usually do sentry or other jobs like Staff Assistant to some funny post officer...

  What else would you like to know? Training will include.
  1) Drills
  2) Weapon Handling
  3) Defence Tactics
  4) Basic Law
  5) Swimming

  will a person be still be able to go through the SC course if he has a module cert in nitec(not full cert) and 4 GCE N Level credits..??
