Just to add on, I believe it's more of the ground rules that are set? If these rules permits one to bring the MP3 player, then I think it's alright. Not too sure if there are any rules in TRACOM that forbits any MP3 player.

well, it have been quite sometime that i went back, you should be the latest batch, any info on the restriction of MP3 players? -
THere is no restrictions on mp3 players/discman....
Anyway if mp3 is illegal the microsoft will sue itself wma files are created by them tho...
@nyway the only thing which are disallowed.... Instant noodles,charger (you are not allow to tap electric appliance e.g. handphone charger.... the electrical iron is not a problem as you will need to use it.... as for radio i see many bunks using them...

Agree even a 30mins ride from home need to listen to music.....
Okay there are total of 3 gates in TRACOM...
1) Main gate is alone the PIE....
2) Rear gare is along Polo Club
3) Onreat gate is infront of CISCO Training School! - Seldom used!
