The new manager is none other than Ah Ben.
If Liverpool is knocked out of Champion League next wed, Ah Ben can play mahjong with Mclaren, Jose and Sammy.
The Liverpool owners are already showing displeasure that Ah Ben is planning to sell Bamboo Crouch in Jan 2008.
They will be having a thrash-out session with Ah Ben soon.
Knowing Ah Ben's ultra-big ego and pride, he will do what his good friend did - that is to say good bye.

knowing dat most of top managers' mind r now concentrate on euro 2008, i dun think they will go for a team who is not even qualify for euro spot as this might reflected little on their portfolio.
wat england need now is a temp coach who can assist them in world cup qualifying campaign. wif shearer's past playing experience, i believe he can communicate wif the players well since he can share the failure wif the players.
moreover, shearer is a perfect role model who dun go for pub n he is a family man. so i think he will be a serious manager who mean business.

I like a young manager cos they have got ideas , new ideas ....
If u employ old manager like O'Neill , John Toshack etc ..... u dun get new ideas for the new ball game .
Klinnsman has got new ideas , Marco Van Basten has got new ideas , etc ....
When Rijjkard took over at Barcelona , he's not very old either .
When Gullit was showing off his sexy football at Chelsea , he still very young .
I saw Chris Coleman very successful for his first few years of management @ Fulham ....
Other than Gareth Southgate , most young managers did ok .
