The new manager sucks totally, reasons being
Inefficient, failure to attempt to convert me in time (Now, I contemplating a switch of jobs)
Stupid, keep making unneccessary and stupid remarks, failing to identify impossibilities and nonsense that he's mumbling.
Unintelligible and has poor communication skill. I won't dare to claim I'm extremely eloquent, but he seemed to have difficulty speaking English properly. Oftenly, he had to convey messages in another tongue. OMG, I wonder why he's the manager! (Ok, I can understand Chinese, English, Hokkien and Cantonese, but the fellow's English is simply unacceptable!)
These are a few of his weak points. I will tolerate no more, by the 15th if I do not get a good reply from him, I'll thankfully say goodbye to my current job and seek greener pastures. It's not like I don't have better offers, it's just that I keep rejecting them to believe in this lousy inefficient company.
