Into The Fray - The Making Of A Female Soldier documents the journey of women soldiers during their Basic Military Training (BMT).
There are about seven episodes, and each is seven minutes long.
A post of the trailer, shared on the CyberPioneer Facebook page on Jan 19, has been viewed more than 49,000 times.
The clip shows them training with their SAR21 rifles, doing pull-ups and going through obstacle courses.
The Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) has been recruiting more women as career soldiers as the pool of male enlistees shrinks, reports have said.
There are about 1,500 female combatants making up 7.5 per cent of SAF's regulars, according to figures from 2013.

Those that i did get a chance to meet constantly seemed like they were trying to prove something. Like they had to behave in a certain way in order to gain respect and recognition.
Then again, it's only natural that they would choose to do so. There are only a handful of armies in the world where men and women are truly considered equal. It's still considered ahead of its time, but people now believe equal conscription is one attribute of a society with 'true equal rights' between members of both genders.
Of course it would be 'shiok-ing' best if you can do action together with them like this :

In the beginning, she was complaining of people looking down on ladies just because they are deem to be weaklings. But those people are now looking up on her and she is gaining respects from her men. *Thumbs up*
