Hi, i need to enlist on the june 11 for the PTP.
I have to book my napfa on the 28 May since the 14 and 21 is not available. From what i know , i have to get at least a silver 2 weeks before the enlistment date .
So i called CMPB to ask whether getting a silver on the 28 may still allow me to get the 2 month off. The person said he "think" it is still possible.
So I want to know anyone have experience this before and is it still possible to get the 2 month off if i take my napfa on the 28 May.
THanks
On that day, just go take NAPFA, get Silver/ Gold, then print out the result slip.
Next on the same day, take public transport to CMPB, submit the printed result slip to a customer service officer at the counter to process into the IT system to get the official and direct outcome on the spot.
Hopefully, then happily go home rest and recover.

Are you physically fit? If you have been found to be fit for full Basic Military Training (BMT) i.e. PES A or B1, you may want to take the NAPFA test.
Should you attain a NAPFA Gold or Silver award at least 2 weeks prior to your Physical Training Phase (PTP) enlistment date, you will attend a 9-week Basic Military Training (BMT) and enjoy a 2-month reduction in your full-time National Service. Those who fail to attain the required fitness level will have to undergo a 8-week Physical Training Phase (PTP) before attending the 9-week BMT.
The NAPFA test is conducted at the Toa Payoh Stadium (map to Toa Payoh Stadium) every Wednesday (except public holidays). You are required to book an appointment for the test via the NAPFA test booking system prior to the test date and you are only allowed to make one valid booking at any one time.
Please note that the NAPFA result is valid for 1 year from the date of test. You are advised to report for the test in acceptable attire and punctually. All the six test items must be completed in one single sessions. A maximum of 2 to 5 minutes rest period is permitted between any two tests (for the first test items); a 15 to 30 minutes rest period is permitted before the sixth test item.
NAPFA tests at Toa Payoh Stadium are conducted strictly on appointment only. Therefore, advance booking via NS Portal must be made latest by Tuesday before 12 noon in order to take the NAPFA test at Toa Payoh Stadium the following day.
Do note that pre-enlistees who do not book their NAPFA date via the system would not be allowed to take their test at the Toa Payoh Stadium.
If you wish to know more about the NAPFA test, you may want to read through the FAQ before you make your booking.

guy's, i've a question, if i'm excused forchin up station, how many points do i need to get to pass ? if i pass 2.4km and sit up ( 5 points ) but other 2 stations fail, do i still consider as pass ?
IPPT Requirement
All eligible NSmen must attempt their IPPT once within the first 9 months of their IPPT
window. They may attempt IPPT during their ICT or at any FCC and may make as
many attempts as they want to improve their IPPT results, except for NSmen who have
attained the IPPT Gold standards for the IPPT year. The best result achieved will be
taken as the record for that IPPT year.
IPPT Scoring System
IPPT performance is based on a Scoring System, which awards grades and points to the
raw scores of each test station. Participants are required to obtain a minimum
grade/point for each test station and accumulate a minimum total points for the
complete test.
Partial Failures
NSmen who achieve the required total number of points, but fail only one static station
are considered Partial Failures. They will be allowed to make multiple attempts to pass
the particular static station within 3 months of their IPPT window after the original test
date. Should they fail to pass the particular static station within 3 months duration, they
will have to retake the complete ippt. NSmen attempting single-station retest will not be
eligible for monetary awards unless they retake the complete test in one sitting.
I saw the table, that mean's if i get 5 points for sit up, 3-5 points for 2.4km but failed other 2 stations, i'm considered as passing whole ippt right ?

As long as you fail 1 station, you are consider fail for ippt as a whole.
Same for silver. If any of your station didnt get a silver, there goes your IPPT silver.

Very good advice. If you want something done, go to CMPB, wait 1-2 hours if necessary, and hand it to the right person. Then email as a followup afterwards.
If this doesn't work--> Rinse and repeat.
