Hi guys, I ORDed about 1.5 years ago and wants to share with you guys here who are currently still in the NS or is a NSmen or to people who wants to stay in good shape!
I like to take this opportunity to share with you guys my freshly done up personal fitness website/blog. It's a fitness website dedicated to anyone out there, you, your friends, your friend's friends and people down the line. I've been doing some homework and recently came out with some ways/tips which may help to improve anyone's fitness level and to those taking IPPT. You may find it useful if you are a student taking NAFA, about to enlist into National Service, if you are already in the army, for NSmen like me who needs to take IPPT every year, or even for the guys and girls, man and woman out there who wants to get into good shape by getting yourselves involved in some really simple exercises.
