OOC: Direct Help @ S1 Branch Manpower Officer/ Chief Clerk?

  Dear all, I've just been officially ooc from my course due to medical reason and I'm just stuck in a limbo while waiting for cpc to get back to me for my posting for a few months already. Here are my questions, 1. How long do I have to wait for the cpc to give me my posting order and how do I actually go check on my posting? ns.sg? 2. Does the cmpb test that we took during pre-enlistment check up plays a part in determining which posting you get and where you will be going? 3. Does a ooc guy with a command school background determine what and where he will be posted? I will really appreciate it if anyone of you guys can provide me with some advice with regards to my situation right now. Thank you very much.

  If you take the above two advises you will die flat.When you email to [email protected], your name will be CC all over SAF.

  Answer 1: Wait long long. They will arrange. Depending on vacancies. The clerk will look around their unit to see if there is a place for you. It can take a few days to a few months. It depends on the pes status also.

  Answer 2: No.

  Answer 3: No.

  If you already hold a SGT rank then you will be posted to a spec position.

  I'm doing saikang work everyday, getting arrowed here and there to do work which others don't wish to do. Damn.

  I was also an OOC. I myself own self act smart kei-kiang smart aleck go bypassed/ skipped proper Chain of Command to call directly HQ MINDEF HR demanding for a transfer since I can't take it anymore. The officer there told me that I would get my transfer posting order in a few days, and thereafter, some office politics email war began shooting arrows between HQ HR and my camp unit S1 manpower branch.

  Then somehow or rather, I got "stabbed in the back".

  The warrant officer and OC charged me for bypassing the proper Chain of Command.
