  Cadets who have already obtained their bachelor's degree will commission directly as LTA. Promotion to CPT usually follows after a year.

  It's still fast because a CPT commands a company, at least. How does a year of service enable one to command a company?

  if girls complete their degree at 21 go OCS 1 year, then they will be capt at 23-24?
