Its not as easy as you think ...that you can simply relocate elsewhere and forget about Singapore...
Most countries will require you to furnish proof that you have no offences and a clean record before you can take up their citizenship...
This is the reason why you're unlikely to find a way to legally take up citizenship of another country or obtain another country's passport...
Therefore when your passport expires, you have nowhere to go and a wanted man of Singapore. Even though you remain outside of Singapore's juridiction, you will not be accepted for citizenship anywhere too.
