High Myopia & Lipids (Cholesterol) = PES C or E Range? How?

  I just went for my medical check up, I was given PES D. In the pink slip, I was diagnosed with high myopia and lipids. I ask the oficer further and he mentioned that, I will recieve my PES status through mail. I am confused and what will my PES status be, Anyone here who could assist me ?
