Ironically, it is "ignorant" FT especially the malaysian who are more interested in SAF. Not sure if it is due to their living background e.g they live in kampong or they feel that army life is "adventurous" or "source of pride". They even told me that it too bad they are not singaporean, otherwise they would 100% want to sign on !

Tell them to convert sg citizen and sign on la.See their reaction when you ask them to convert to sg citizen.

Those ads are the epitomy of the hypocrisy of our Sg govt.
They are an utter mockery for Sg males when FT counterparts can kick start their career earlier and get jobs, while sg guys have to slog and sacrifice 2 years of their youth just so FTs and the mother fking govt benefit out of it.
You know I can still remember the day when I am going to be enlisted when my FT classmates were making jokes of those of us having to go to the army while they are getting free places and scholarships in Uni ~
Is the Sg govt going to compensate me for all these privileges and humiliation ?
