Spending 2 years of your life on NS, if during this 2 years i didn't perform well, or dropped pes, will government sector like SIA review my NS record?
Huh? Rarely people outside look at your NS record. It is the poly, uni GPA that they are interested in.
Is it true if you go DB it actually doesn't affect your future? Most people say it does, but I know someone who went in he said it actually doesn't affect at all. So I don't know which is true?
Last time, I was told depending on which offence, if offence like theft, assault, vandalism etc...it'll stay. But offence like AWOL will not.

Civilian offense and military offense are two different matters. One does not affect the other.
yes and no.
Depend on your employer actually. In civilian most they wont even want to see your NS record. But if you are interested in entering Public service, then good luck to you as chances you wont be even granted an interview
If you are applying for the game show, We Are Singaporeans, it might be a problem.

Of course put NO!
Are those regulars who say that going DB will void your uni admission talking cock?

if get caught, you can be sure for cheating and the offense is bigger then what you got in army
From another similar thread, yes only if the organisation is eagle-eye to spot or is a SOP of the HR of the company (meaning they have to do a background check on you stated in their company's policies). eagle-eye here means that although your COS may not state your PES, but if they are familiar with the SAF vocation, they might question your vocation hence leading back to your PES. (Example, vocation like clerk, storeman is in PES C and below, if they know how to spot, they will ask you why you are in that particular vocation, etc this kind of question indirectly lead back to your health)
Again, this might not be a bad thing because it may be just that the company will tell you striaght ahead that they are not going to cover for your medical fees, etc. It might be a good thing even, example, they want to people who do not need reservist due to their medical condition which means you will fair better than those who are PES A/B.
