Hi guys,
Tmr is my posting results and I am kinda wondering whether I could be posted to SCS or not.
Okay to summarize,
I got a silver in my Poly's Napfa and was posted to BMTC Enhanced Leadership Batch for 9 weeks.
Completed all of the Route Marches, BTP and basically everything. Got along quite well with my fellow recruits in my section but wasn't too good in the eyes of the commanders.
Secondary School CCA = Staff sergeant of Boy's Brigade
IPPT = Passed
Situational Test = Did quite well
SOC = Fail [ However, my commanders told me that SOC is not a main component and will not be one of the determining factors of whether I could go SCS or not ]
Peer Appraisal = Average
Commander's Appraisal = Not too good
Wasn't selected for top 20% for command school talk ):
So, what I want to know is if I have a chance to go to SCS?
And finally, will the training in SCS be very tough?
What you should be looking for is a chance of being a service-vocation specialist. They don't go to SCS and still get the rank.
