Hi all, i was reading the SOP to down pes thread that is so frequently use as a reminder to first timers on here.
I've got a lower back issue in the past, so i would like to ask if getting the specialist to excuse me heavy load would be "weird" considering that this is the first time i'll be seeing him.
thanks!
are u dejarvu?
yes...
no specialist memo, no talk...
since you want an excuse status/ PES downgrade in NS, so please go get that hospital specialist memo when visiting the doctor even if it's your 1st time...
just use your mouth to ask... a memo is free-of-charge by the way...
see the mo and give him the memo. After he has finished reading it, tell him about your heavy load stuff and he'll assess your situation.
Sorry for hijacking the thread but I wanna ask this question as well, what are you guys experiences in asking hospital specialists to write stuff? Do some of them actually let you dictate what they write in the memo?

In specialist memo, the doctor only write down the medical diagnoisis. (a one line infor). This is a memo can be used for insurances, job application and SAF.
He can give an official MC separately, such as excuse heavy load for half a year. This is more like for labor job (eg.construction worker) rarer than SAF.
Blood test, radiography reports and more may be attached.
They dont really advise on downgrading, unless they are medical board chairman themselves. Cose, the senior doctors actually has their roles in SAF as well.
The patient must tell them what they do in SAF, so that the appropriate MC can be given.
Medical board at MMI
i think they are the main guys who will decide whether to up or down ur PES
