I just received a damn letter saying i need to go for ICT, but i got perm pes E1L9 excuse firearms and excuse stay in. HOW TO DO ICT? the camp so freaking far omg -_- wasting my goddamn time go there eat slp gamble? cock up system

Most likely paper-work. Standard procedures have to show face for one or two ICTs.

You have to go....no choice....otherwise callup your unit and arrange for a medical examination/appointment...bring your specialist memos with you...

you could talk to the doctors in mmi, they'll gauge your current situation.

Last time Pes E no reservist, but more and more kengsters appeared so they need Pes E to do reservist also. Btw, kopikid, most likely stay out and no firearms lah.
Just go back, treat it like holiday, see friends lor...lol

Doing reservist is actually quite good....can take your mind off your busy work schedule to learn or do something different...also can make more frens...
