Find Chief Clerk to Compensate for Losing My Belongings?

I AWOLed and caught by the MPs afterwards. At Mowbray camp, they took away my personal belongings which include a handphone, a passport and my spectacles. Upon my release from DB, I gathered that my personal belongings might have lost. Someone in the Mowbray camp told me, my belongings are with my unit, which someone from my unit already signed the handover form and my belongings are transferred to my unit; but my unit insists that none of my belongings are with them. My unit lost my IC too. I went to make a report to the police, the police told me that my unit should be held responsible to make the report for my missing IC and passport and bear the full cost in replacing them. What should I do now, is it reasonable to ask my unit to pay for my loss? Advices from you guys will be really appreciated.

Such a unfortunate thing to happen....I always hated MPs since I was a air force driver.Tried to frighten me in one of my ICTs cos got pulled over over a alleged driving offense.
I think you should consult your unit CO or RSM and ask him/her for help.Losing IC is not a joking matter.You and I know how EFFICIENT our military is when it comes to admin matters.

So the MP bluffed you into not signing out and not taking your belongings, by saying someone fetched them?
Obviously your unit did not order anyone to fetch your belongings, and they forged your signature for the sign out form so it would look different. It should be easy to catch them.
Would be fucking funny to see the MP in DB, not as a guard.

yup.its actually the MP fault.nothing to do with your unit.no reason why the belongings under responsibility of detention barrack be sent to your unit!!even if you ended up in coma for many years in db,your belongings will still be under control of detention barrack!they wont give anything to youir unit!whatever for??everythung is sealed within db unit.

pleasse see your nearby minister of parliament so that they will feast on the military police for acts of corruption.minister of parliament more willing n effective to solve your problem along with news reporters.its open at 7pm onwards at their local office at certain voiddecks.
the spore police might not want to get involved as they have more important things to do.
special investigation branch will also come into the military police to investigate.your signature cant be forged.even if they can forge it,the depth of forged signature under microscope will prove that the pressure on signature is not the same as yours.

It is actually, never your problem at all.Your boss (whichever officer is supposed to settle it for you.) You lost your IC or 11B?
If it is 11B, your boss will settle the replacement.
If it is IC, your unit is supposed to return it back. Let the clerks fight among themselves, and see who get the blame.
What is the problem when there is no problem. The administration is settled by the bosses, let them sort out themselves.
Your boss must write a statment to cover you in and out of the camp, saying that you dont have a 11B now.

Ask your chief clerk, most likely they'll ask SAFPU to pay for replacment.

sometimes you folks must have initiatives for the good of everyone in spore.in obeying a chain of command that the people within the organisation dont even obey,it tells me there are many such jarhead zombies in spore such as alize!im might be a troll but im intelligent and use my brains!

bottomline itsnot your fault but u need to reclaim all your stuff.there might be relapses within the system now.im sure the SIB will be curious as what is happening in the organisation.which in this case you would be helping the spore army by discovering faults and corrupt people within the organisation by misusing the "chain of command" modus operandus.
call up the army call centre and they will direct you to the respective sections to recover your stuff in which they lost if your unit or military police claim irresponsibility.
the chain of command thing no longer applies in this situation.in fact an investigation will be launched by SIB concerning possible theft,breach of trust etc from the involved units.

there should be a law made to return personal particulars in 3 working days to said people.that way u can manage efficency and notice faults in system and correct them.

Oh yeah, TS, try your best to pursue the matter and recover your IC. You never know if it will be used to borrow from loansharks. That's a big motive to steal an IC.
