Hi just curious what's the difference between ASA and SA(GE)?
like their working style, from what my friends tell me, the only difference is one works in air-conditioned office the other in non-air conditioned store..
Which do you thing is better?
Stores get lost all the time.
SA will chase soldiers to return or clean their stores, often clean them himself, keep track of who has not returned yet, held responsible for their condition, inherit the mess from previous SA.
ASA has great responsibilities but not as great, and the air con thing.
So in other words, you're saying ASA is much more stressful than SA (GE) ?
What about the working hours between them? Are they both 8am-5pm? Or is it depending on the unit posted to?
