NSman: No Unit = On Holding List (RHL), Need to Take IPPT?

  I had ORD over a year ago. No updates/mails from MINDEF and it was only I checked with them that I found out that I was on holding list. This is the message I get when I tried to book IPPT.

  Sorry, your login has failed!

  The NRIC and Date of Birth entered is not found in our IPPT System. Please check with your UNIT for further clarification and verification on your IPPT/RT/IPPT Prep Trg eligiblity.

  So, I don't have to take my yearly IPPT? I don't wanna kena for missing my IPPT leh

  I think u still need to take IPPT unless excuse.
