Technician is the worse vocation in terms of having free time and little work. There are 3 kinds of techs.
A - Tech are armor techs, the worse kind, you might as well be PES A
B - Techs are wheeled techs, also very bad, you might as well go out and find a job.
C - Techs... just don't stay in the east, and the job is... minimal.
So if you're a PES C, try to become a QuarterMaster or some slack job. Don't worry too much about having nothing to do because something to do is a headache.
