  1) Talk to ur immediate superiors.

  2) Talk to manpower officer (S1).

  3) Talk to CMPB.

  Lastly, dun get ur hopes too high, remember this is not ur ah gong's army, cannot suka suka change vocation one. Why? Because if anyone can just change vocation anyhow, then the army system where go authority, besides, the world is unfair, you don't get what you want all the time.
