I'm going to be enlisting this Thursday. The problem is, due to some personal training I did last week, I suspect I have achilles-tendonitis (pain on the left of the achilles tendon). It hurts to even walk, so I have to limp.
I'm afraid that after enlistment, I will damage the injury even more due to work-outs. So what should be my course of action? Do I declare this to the MO once I reach Tekong, and be put on "no running/lower limb exertion" till my condition improves?
Thanks for the feedback!
P.S. On a side note, are enlistees required to take jabs during BMT? Or is it not compulsory?
dont suspect this and that.
Go to clinic now and see a doctor.

Once you enlisted, straight away sound up to your commanders, and go see the MO on your 1st day after collecting your stuffs.
You will likely be excused RMJ and lower limb.
During your BMT, you will given two jabs and a swap under your tongue. All three at one go.
After u seen MO, I think they will temp excuse u. If the excuses becomes too plenty, they will post u out to other unit, then when u recover or officially downgraded, you still have to "Re-course" your BMT.
