Can try but I think it's weird right. The MP wouldnt wanna get into trouble with the SAF.

i mean thats when the 2ic , OC doesnt seem to help you nor hear your ongoing problems.
whereby you are afraid of going to look for CO ( then maybe look for MP?)

Next is SAF hotline.
After that is your CO liao.
After that then you look for MP.
If the SAF hotline cannot do anything and the CO also will not do anything, don't expect your MP to be able to do anything.

That is why I hate ns.
Everybody go to jail for 2 yrs.
Cannot complain, cannot do this, cannot do that, .........
Waste the 2 yrs....for nothing.

In case you dont know, most MPs holds big appointment in the SAF force too. (except for the ladies). My reservist commanders are MPs.
So it depends on the situations, usually the officer-in-charge is responsible to his men. So get the admin done at the lower level.

When I was in the ns (many donkey years ago), nobody dare to complain. If you complain, and they find out....your life will be like living in the burning HELL. Everybody LL, dare not speak up even we get torture by them. My shine was badly injured, yet was force to run and do all sort of excerises. What can I do? I LL bo pian. Sway!

unless you completed the chain command. you find mp write letter, still got chance.
if your reason reasonable, then get it done before the election. confirm plus chop they help. :)

Complaining verse an injury is different. If your shine is badly injured, for heaven sake, see a doctor and get MC to rest. You are ok when you are young. But having a shin splits is not a joke. You might not even walk at all when you are older.

Thanks bro, that was many years ago.I am not telling lies...probably due to very weak, not strong, and force to run and do lots of excrises, the cpl and pti are sadists during that time. They hack care whether you die or alive.
I remembered one malay cpl, place his hand on my helmet and push my head against a metal wall and got hit to and fro for almost 1 min till I got a headache almost everyday. What can I do during that time? I dare not tell my parents, I just LL, bo pain, sway!
That is life in ns. Very dark inside, outside make the public look good.

You should complain cos those responsible should pay for their deeds.
But worth it anot? You may win this time, but next time any small little thing, 3 or 6 extra, or charge SOL or DB.
Last time, those who get punished are awarded 3 extra and reported in Company RO. But they talk during smoke break with the CSM who is the one planning the duties. They will serve the 3 extra, but next months' duty is quietly dropped from the roster planned by the CSM. For example, we serve 7 and 8 duties per month alternately. But that guy will serve 7, 7, 7, duties.
Those who are not on good terms with CSM, they found other ways to sabo the bugger responsible for punishing them.

how to go abt it, taking into account that those who 'sabo' in the 1st place are usually the senior specs and above =x [officially they are the ones who have the power/discretion to recommend punishment/charging; and not all faults voiced out by the junior guys call for recommendation]

NSFs memorise directives well and use it to their advantage. =) -
