Hello guys, i've always roamed around here, today is the first time i decided to cr8 an account and ask something....
I just came back from my checkup like 3 hours ago......and this is the thing i dont get, i was with my friends, and they're all very very very fit...i mean with 6 pack and stuff, and i dont have any.....and we were given this piece of paper...
Under Physique only got 2 box, "poor" or "very poor"...then got obesity "mild" and so on...for them , their physique box was ticked....my everything also never tick, they just tick this box (which i hate myself for not remembering the name) the word start with "A" then at the end, got spacing and it says "NAD" ....
ANYONE has any idea what that means? I ask the officer, he kinda dao me...i ask "why mine is like that, but everyone else like this" then he say "everyone else got problem lo..."
PS: I got PES A, and one of my friends with which is so much more fitter than be, got PES B....really dont understand the system.....but my only question is the box they tick me in part...
you got PES A, end of story ....
now go train up for your upcoming NS .....

You do not need to be super muscular or fit to get Pes A.
You just need to be of a healthy weight and have no health problems.
Some of the common reasons for Pes B are:
1) Having a crooked back (Even slightly crooked counts)
2) Wearing specs and having more than 250 degrees
3) Previous injuries (Arm dislocated, leg dislocated...)
4) Health issues (Asthma, skin problem...)
Problem is, if you all see what i look like, you all will laugh when i tell you i Pes A.......
Although not Overweight, i think my physique is poor..but they never tick poor or very poor...they tick some other box.....all i wanna know is what that box means, or if anyone else kena tick in that box before...
Because, EVERYONE there, (which is like 20-30) people, i am the only one with that box ticked....yes i went around and looked at people's paper ...i wanna know what that box means....the word starts with the letter "A" and then followed by "NAD" which stands for something.....
I know whats done is done, and i'll have to go and serve my NS as a PES A, i just wanna know what that box means....it bugs me that i'm the only one with it ticked, makes me feel like im strange or something...

Take your pick:
http://www.all-acronyms.com/cat/7/NAD
It is one of those terms here. You should get the idea though.
Oh, in case you STILL haven't figure it out, the A before the spacing means PES A....
Good body people sometimes PES E de. You look at some clerks or storemen.. 6 pecs all that but PES E.
During my time, PES A and PES B people all do the same thing (running, firing, out field, ippt etc). U are likely to find A and B people with u. I really cant tell any difference.
