If your PES is upgraded to B, your PES C BMT is voided and you have to go thru PES B BMT despite having completed PES C BMT.
ok ic..so wat if i up my pes during my bmt period..do i need to start the bmt all over again or do i just contiune?

Upon PES upgrade, about 2-3 weeks time they will inform your unit about it.
Your unit will then offically put you as OUT OF COURSE status.
You will wait till the next intake of PES B comes in.
ok so will i definitely get call up for a medical review after the 6 mth or will they just skip pass me and i remain as pes c9l3?
depends, sometimes they call you up for your pes review, sometimes you have to chase them to do it, sometimes nobody does anything and it just remains till your ord medical review.
oo ic..ok 1 last question..is there combat fit pes c?

no. If you are not even required to take IPPT. You are not expected to run or pant.
Most likely you may not get upgraded.
i may nt get upgraded meaning i might nt get up pes? why?

combat fit is a term used for pes a and b personnels. pes c people are rifle trained etc but not combat fit. but can still be deployed, although not in frontline positions.

don't listen to lokey.
There is combat fit pes C.
C1L1, C1L2, C2L1, C2L2, L3 etc...
The ones i listed are only PES C grades which are excused from certain stuff. For example, like previous arm injury, which means excuse chin-up or upper limb activities but still expected to run. Means still must do IPPT, not every station of course. Still combat fit,not lying.
When you PES C9 expires, your unit will ask you to go to medical centre for review. If you are lucky, your unit don't bother about you and you continue as PES C9. If go PES review, and you fit to upgrade. Then prepare for bmt recourse.
Know that modified bmt and normal bmt are 2 different things.

You don't have to. They will call you up for medical review. Its usually published in the Routine Orders (RO). The HR branch in your unit will inform you for medical review.

There's no more C1 status, its not classified under Pes B2, so the remaining Pes C2 and Pes C9 are excused from ippt fully, so not combat fit.

Most likely the MO think that you are currently unstable with adult-onset asthma attack. I postulate that you might be having an asthma attack, that leads him straight to A&E (severe case). In this 6 months, if there are no asthma attack, then you might be upgraded to Pes B. But usually, people with adult-onset asthma are unstable. Stress, dust and cold are the triggers.
Imagine you fired the rifle, and the smoke from rifle immediately cause you to have asthma attack and straight to A&E. How can you be combat fit?
Do you know that people can have asthma attack more than 3 times a day?
I dont about your conditions. But I do get a cough-variant asthma in the recent haze event. If PSI get any high, I might be hospitalized.
my asthma is not that serious that i would need to go A&E when it attack, but it will cause me to have difficulty breathing. So i need my inhaler with me 24/7 cause i can have shortness of breath in any min no matter what im doing, even when im slpping.
Go for spirometry test

Sorry to say this. That is highly abnormal, especially at your age. Try to see how long you can last without your inhaler, without having an attack. Relying on inhaler is not a good deal.

No not true. Once you have completed BMT, even if your PES status is subsequently changed, you would not need to go back and redo your BMT.
Unless you request to your S1 that you want to be a commander, there is no need to redo the BMT.
